Test Sample Shipping Instructions

Please use the following instructions when sending samples to EnviroLeach Technologies:

• No samples to be shipped without prior discussion and approval from EnviroLeach 

• Include a letter providing contact details and a return address

• Must be freight prepaid. (C.O.D. not accepted.)

• MINERAL ORE SAMPLES – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE

• Customs Value of $50.00 USD

• Include at least 3 copies of this invoice with your shipment
