EnviroLeach Technologies, Inc. offers a mineral and metallurgical testing facility equipped to provide a wide range of testing services.

Metallurgy is a domain of materials science and materials engineering that studies the physical and chemical behavior of metallic elements, their intermetallic compounds, and their mixtures, which are called alloys. Metallurgy is also the technology of metals: the way in which science is applied to the production of metals, and the engineering of metal components for use in products for consumers and manufacturers.

The production of metals involves the processing of ores to extract the metal they contain, and the mixture of metals, sometimes with other elements, to produce alloys. Metallurgy is subdivided into ferrous metallurgy (sometimes also known as black metallurgy) and non-ferrous metallurgy or colored metallurgy. Ferrous metallurgy involves processes and alloys based on iron while non-ferrous metallurgy involves processes and alloys based on other metals.

EnviroLeach Analytical was founded on the principle that effective process development in extractive metallurgy requires more than just a set of lab tests. It begins with an understanding of the client’s overall objectives and then working to achieve them by integrating the use of modern testing methodologies and technologies.

The EnviroLeach lab facilities are fully equipped to perform all relevant material/sample preparation, grinding, classification, particle size analysis, metallurgical testing and pilot plant level analysis for both the mining and E-Waste sectors.

The lab will has the capability to perform detailed analysis by Atomic Absorption spectroscopy (AA), 48 element – Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and Cold Block short wave infrared digestion assays. Independent confirmation assays and additional analysis will still be performed by Met-Solve Labs, ALS Labs and MS Analytics.

EnviroLeach Technologies technical services can assist in the development of mineral projects by providing alternative and economical processing solutions through laboratory and pilot scale testing programs utilising EnviroLeach Technologies and MineWorx patented processes.
